Although currently in i3 Chromium's titles display correctly, but OpenOffece's are corrupted.

Sorry, we only support _NET_WM_NAME. If you got a patch which uses only xcb methods (!) to easily get the correct window title, feel free to re-open. If not, it is better to actually file a bug against chromium.
